Have I ever mentioned just how much I enjoy shooting small, intimate weddings? I have? Well let me say it again – I’ll shout it from the rooftops if I must. It’s days like this that make me truly grateful to be a wedding photographer. Sure, everyone loves a big party, and we get the chance to photograph big weddings all the time, but in my opinion, there’s nothing like witnessing the union of two people when they are surrounded by the people that truly love them most. Ashley & Eric said their vows in front of 8 of their family members, the officiant, and myself. It really is an honor to even be in the room in such an intimate and emotion-filled moment. The setting for this beautiful evening was just as meaningful. Ashley & Eric love spending time at Wine 101, a unique, Hill-Country wine club nestled in the quant downtown of Bulverde. I believe that more couple’s should celebrate their nuptials this way – with their absolute favorite people in a place that truly means something to them.
